DreamAquatic ships to all 50 States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, and Military addresses. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, and Military addresses.
Free Next Day Air Shipping on all order of $600 or more on Fish, Corals, Invertebrates and Reptile only. Does not apply to Live Rock, Sand, Water, Dry Goods, Cater Liter, and Pet Food.
Free Ground Shipping on all order of $600 or more on Aquarium Supplis, Reptile Supplies and Dry Goods Only. Does not apply to Live Rock, Sand, Water, Dry Goods, Cater Liter, and Pet Food.
If order under $600 Shipping & Handling for UPS or FEDEX will be added according to the actual shipping weight.
- All livestock and reptile orders are shipped via Priority Next Day Air. You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number on the day your order ships. Please make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival.
- Live Rock/Sand are ship using 2nd Day Service.
- Drygoods and Aquarium Supplies are ship using Ground Service.

DreamAquatic ships Livestock on Monday through Thursday, and DOES NOT ship on Friday. Therefore we cannot deliver Livestock on Mondays. Any order placed on Friday through Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Live Stock is sensitive and it is important that someone accept the shipment and begin the acclimation process immediately upon delivery. If the shipment is not accepted upon first attempt at delivery, we apologize, but the arrive alive guarantee does not apply.
When ordering, please be sure to provide a complete, accurate, and valid physical street address to ensure timely shipping. This means include any apartment numbers, suite numbers, and street types (i.e. Dr, Ln, Cir, Ave, Blvd, etc.). Because we generate shipping labels directly from the form that you type in, we will not be responsible for any delays resulting from errors in your shipping address.
HOW MUCH IS SATURDAY DELIVERY?
Saturday delivery must be made by special request by email or phone. Saturday delivery is an extra $16 charge.
If the incorrect shipping address is entered the customer will be charged a $10.00 address correction fee. This fee will be charged once UPS has notified us of the address correction and the additional charge. The customer will be notified of the charge via email, if no email address is given the customer will not be notified of the charge.
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES:
If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, please make sure your card issuer has listed this shipping address as an "authorized" address. We verify all addresses with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
ORDER STATUS ON HOLD:
Orders May be marked ON HOLD for the following reasons:
- Credit card information cannot be verified.
- Billing information and/or shipping information does not matched.
- Credit Card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error.
- Receiver does not match credit card record as authorized user.
All Order May Subject to an order verification. In the event that the shipping and billing address does not match. A Copy of Credit Card, Drivers License, Credit Card Authorization form may be require to prevent any delay on the shipment. Click Here to Download the Authorization Form.
Arrive Alive Guarantee
Under the following circumstances we WILL NOT be able to honor our warranty:
- Orders not received on the first delivery attempt.
- Orders not held for pick up at the UPS facility when temperatures are greater than 90 degrees or lower than 40 degrees.
- Orders placed during extreme weather will not be cover under our alive arrive guaranteed.
- If the weather delay a flight, or closes an airport, you live stock will be delayed. Fedex has no control over the weather, nor does DreamAquatic.com.
- If your Live Stock is delay, Damaged, or Never Delivered due to severe weather condition, Fedex will not honor GUARANTEES, and therefore neither can DreamAquatic.com.
DreamAquatic.com reserve the right to cancel any orders that are unable to be verify or process through our automated system. We reserve the right to refuse any order under reasonable circumstances.
